Come and try Free Diving! Instruction includes two portions-classroom and water. The classroom instruction includes learning breathing and relaxation techniques. The water instruction builds on the classroom techniques while getting to view wonderful sea creatures!

We offer two options for you-Try Free Diving to see if this sport is for you! No experience or equipment necessary. If you want to become a certified Basic Free Diver, this is the course for you! You will experience classroom training and move into the water for further training. Both classes have the following requirements; Minimum age is 10 yrs old and a Free Diving Medical Form.
